Agreement
By using agentREP.io or purchasing any of our products, you agree to these terms. agentREP.io is operated as a MarketingLabs project based in Ontario, Canada.
What we provide
We offer AI visibility products: a one-time Audit, an Audit + Fix package, and an ongoing Monitoring subscription. Each is described on our home page. Deliverables typically include a report and a walkthrough, with a target turnaround of 48 hours from when we have the information we need.
No guarantee of results
AI assistants and search engines update constantly and rank answers from sources we do not control. We cannot guarantee that your business will appear in, or rank a certain way within, any AI assistant. What we provide is analysis of why you appear as you do and the highest-leverage changes we identify.
Payment and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. If you are not satisfied with an audit report, email us within 7 days of delivery and we will refund it. The Monitoring subscription is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and is not retroactive.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and to have the right to request an audit for the business you submit. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to implement any recommendations.
Intellectual property
The report we deliver is yours to use within your business. Our methodology, templates, and the site itself remain our property.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
