Who we are
agentREP.io is an AI visibility audit service operated as a MarketingLabs project, based in Ontario, Canada. You can reach us at hello@agentrep.io.
What we collect
When you submit the free-scan form or purchase an audit, we collect the information you give us: your business name, website URL, email address, and (optionally) your main service or product. If you buy a paid product, payment is handled by Stripe; we receive confirmation of payment but never see or store your full card details.
How we use it
We use your information to run your scan or audit, to deliver the results, and to reply to you. As part of an audit we query public AI assistants and search engines about your business and competitors using publicly available business information — we do not send your email address or other personal contact details to those services.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of third parties to operate: Stripe for payment processing, and Resend for transactional email. These providers process your data only to perform their service for us and are bound by their own privacy terms.
Retention
We keep request and audit information for as long as needed to deliver the service and for our reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@agentrep.io and we’ll handle it promptly.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add basic analytics in the future, we’ll update this policy first.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
